This piece has been part of my personal collection for years. I’ve absolutely loved enjoying its vibrant colors & lovely field of flowers. The artist, captured the scene so perfectly. I love the sense of movement & the yellow sky. It reminds me of the south of France. This is a large piece of art measuring 31x27.5. The frame is solid wood & has been gilded making it the perfect complement to the tranquil scene it encases. I believe acrylic paint was used but could possibly be oil. If there is an artist signature it is hidden by the frame. The piece is in excellent vintage condition. The only slight signs of its age are a few small marks on the linen matting. This is absolutely, a beautiful addition to any well collected home.
